Best Diet for the Prevention of Kidney Stones

There are several causes of kidney pain and this can be worst if you do not diagnose and treat your problem in time. Like teeth pain, kidney pain can also be unbearable. Kidney stones and chronic kidney inflammation are the two most common causes of kidney pain. We will discuss a diet plan for chronic kidney inflammation in some other post, in this post we will discuss about the helpful foods and supplements to remove and prevent from kidney stones.

Foods to avoid:-
Most of the kidney stones are made up of calcium and oxalate combinations, so if you are suffering from kidney stone problem then you must avoid eating the following oxalate rich foods, like ginger, beans, spinach, dry fruits, fizzy drinks, tomato, beets, tea, coffee, etc. Also try to avoid red meat and all type of preserved foods and baking foods on a high temperature.

All foods rich in potassium and magnesium can be a useful diet to prevent you from kidney stones, so you must follow potassium and magnesium rich diet plan. Foods like lemon, aloe Vera, apple, blue berries, pears, khella seeds, melons, Berberis vulgaris, etc are very useful to remove kidney stones and also very helpful to prevent a person from kidney stones. Drinking a lot of fresh water every day is also very useful for kidney cleansing and it also prevent from kidney stones too.
