Justin mother is very strict about his health and diet plan, this is the reason why she always travel with him in every concert and worldwide tours. His mother cooks pure and seasonal foods for her loving son mostly in olive oil. His favorite fruits are avocado, grapes, cherries and mangoes imported from Philippine. Justin Bieber favorite recipes are chicken tikka, fried rice, seal fish soup and mushroom pizza. He does not follow a regular diet plan or specific routine of foods for his breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Justin has an ordinary body shape like an ordinary teenager but his female fans like to see him with six packs belly and with some strong shoulder muscles, in his recent tweets on Twitter he announced that he is going to hire a highly professional trainer to bring his body in a well shape.
