Jessica Biel is one of my favorite skinny actresses, she has an innocent face with a strong but slim body. She is famous for her glamorous short hairstyles and her high heels may be that’s why she is a perfect cat walk model of the year. She is not a single anymore and already get divorce twice and pregnant one time but still she is look so younger just like a college teenager girl. She is very busy now a day for her upcoming Hollywood projects “The Tall Man” and “Total Recall”, we also heard that she is using diet pills to lose up to 5 pounds weight for The Tall man movie.

In 2007 with interviewing with Women magazine she told about her diet plan and we can assume that she is still following her old diet plan in which she eat two pieces of brad with cheese, banana or blue berries with Russian salad in lunch time and oatmeal recipes in her dinner. Besides these foods she also likes deserts and ice soda very much. She also uses black pepper in her tea to improve her voice quality because she is also time pass singer of Hollywood.

Jessica workout routine is exposed by her trainer Josh Walsh in an interview with Glamour magazine. According to her trainer her workout is normally consist on three sets but she do not forget to first warm-up her body before starting any exercise. Her routine sets are cardio, stretch and shoulder biceps but she also perform cool down and circuit work twice in a week.
